Job Title – Site Foreman

Job Location – West Dublin

Salary - €60,000 - €65,000

About the Company

Very reputable sub-contractor who work with top tier clients and contractors. They have a load of live projects on currently in and around the Dublin Area and are looking for an experience site foreman to look after the residential projects they cover in West Dublin.

The Role

• Manage and coordinate site staff
• Ensure completion dates are met
• Management of H&S on site to ensure highest standards are maintained
• Will have good attention to detail and be able to work under pressure to achieve strict deadlines
• Will be safety conscious
• Ensuring quality of works

Requirements

• 6+ years’ site management experience
• A Degree in Construction Management or Trade Qualification (e.g. Carpentry) is desirable
• Background in large scale, residential construction
• Proven record of seeing projects through from start to finish
• An ability to achieve demanding time and quality targets.
• To be good at working with people at all levels and willing to work in a team.
• The ability to lead, use initiative and be self-motivated
• A strong sense of ownership and responsibility for tasks/project
• Fully updated with BCAR.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office.
