Job Title: Site Foreman

Salary: €50k - €60k

About the Company

Growing medium-size contractor highly experienced in new builds, restoration refurbishment and fit out project management maintenance. Proven to be available to carry out works within flexible working hours to facilitate client and customer needs. This particular project is commercial, residential and maintenance. Contractor is frequently involved in projects of €500k - €5m.

The Role

• Managing day to day running of construction site
• Working in a multi-functionary team environment
• Ensuring that all work follows safety procedures
• Cooperating with the Managing and Contracts Directors
• Attending meetings on a weekly basis
• Keeping track of manpower levels for each sub-contractor and keeping making note of all site activities
• Assisting with the control of equipment on site
• Maintaining quality control checks

Job Requirements

• Professional/Trade qualification in joinery
• 3+ years’ experience in construction industry is essential.
• Excellent communication, planning, leadership & attention to detail.
• Ability to work with minimum supervision.
• Experience with a main contractor preferable.
