Site Foreman - Roscommon

Inform3 are recruiting a Site foreman for a growing medium-size contractor highly experienced in new builds, restoration refurbishment and fit out project management maintenance for a 6-month role. Frequently involved in projects of €500k - €5m. They are proven to be available to carry out works within flexible working hours to facilitate client and customer needs.

Job Title: Site Foreman

Job Location: Roscommon

Salary: €45k - €55k

The Role

• Functioning well in a multi-functionary team environment
• Ensuring that all work follows safety procedures
• Liaising with the Managing and Contracts Directors
• Attending meetings on a weekly basis
• Keeping track of manpower levels for each sub-contractor and keeping making note of all site activities
• Assisting with the use of equipment on site
• Maintaining quality control checks

Job Requirements

• Professional/Trade qualification in joinery or carpentry
• 3+ years’ experience in construction industry is essential.
• Good communication, planning, leadership & attention to detail.
• The ability to work with minimum supervision.
• Experience with a main contractor is desirable.
