Site Foreman - Kildare

INFORM3 Construction Recruitment is keen to speak with an Experienced Foremen for Commercial Project in Kildare. The Company is a Medium sized building contractor who focus primarily on commercial projects in education, retail and hospitality sectors. They would work on projects valued around €500K - €3M

Job Title – Site Foreman

Job Location – Kildare

Salary - €50k - €60k plus Van , Laptop & Phone

The Role

• Ensuring work is carried out in accordance with the specification programme
• Co-ordinating and managing of subcontractors
• Ensuring work is carried out safely to the highest of standards
• Managing health and safety delivery on site
• Attending weekly management team meeting 
• Maintaining the site diary – recording manpower levels for each sub-contractor and keeping detailed notes of all site activities
• Assisting with the control of plant and equipment on site

Requirements

• Minimum of 5 years General Foreman / Site Management
• Extensive experience in effective management of sub-contractors
• Ability to work to tight deadlines
• Excellent interpersonal skills, strong oral and written communication skills
• PC Skills to complete timesheets, requisitions etc
