Site Foreman - Dublin

Inform3 are recruiting a Site Foreman for an extremely reputable tier 1 company that has worked on a variety of prestigious projects in the commercial, technology and industrial sectors with this particular role being an exciting one in the education sector valued at €35m - will utilise exciting technology once complete. Have collaborated on projects with other contractors worth up to €700m. Award winning contractor with an emphasis on quality and a turnover of €290M. Would typically work on projects worth €20M-€50M.

Job Title: Site Foreman

Salary: €50k - €60k

The Role

• Managing day to day running of construction site
• Working in a multi-functionary team environment
• Ensuring that all work follows safety procedures
• Cooperating with the Managing and Contracts Directors
• Attending meetings on a weekly basis
• Keeping track of manpower levels for each sub-contractor and keeping making note of all site activities
• Assisting with the control of equipment on site
• Maintaining quality control checks

Job Requirements

• Professional/Trade qualification in joinery
• 3+ years’ experience in construction industry is essential.
• Excellent communication, planning, leadership & attention to detail.
• Ability to work with minimum supervision.
• Experience with a main contractor preferable.
