Site Foreman - ROI

INFORM3 Construction Recruitment is currently seeking a Site Foreman with previous experience with RC Frames and Groundworks to work on residential projects in the Dublin area. The client has over 35 years’ experience in managing high level contracts.
 

Job Title – Site Foreman
Job Location – Dublin

Salary – 55 – 70k+

Job Role:

• Ensuring work is carried out in accordance with the project programme
• Ensuring work is carried out safely and to the highest of standards
• Able to take the job out of the ground and see it to hand over
• Assisting with the control of plant and equipment on site
• Maintaining the site diary – keeping detailed notes of all site activities
• Maintaining quality control checks
• Co-ordinating weekly site meetings, discussing key objectives
• Cooperating with the senior management team.
• Managing traffic on site

Specification:

• Minimum of 5 years’ experience as a Site Foreman
• Previous experience working with RC Frameworks and Groundworks
• Ability to work to deadlines
• A strong sense of ownership and responsibility for tasks/project
• Proficient in Microsoft Office
• Full driving license
