Job Title: Site Foreman

Job Location: Kerry

Salary: €35k - €45k

About the Company

Family run medium-sized builder with experience in many different industry sectors with this particular project being for the residential sector. Their goal is to deliver quality projects on time while incorporating safety and taking a long-term view on career development for their workforce with a significant number being with the contractor over 20 years. Would frequently work on projects worth €10m-€20m.

The Role

• Managing day to day running of construction site
• Working in a multi-functionary team environment
• Ensuring that all work follows safety procedures
• Attending meetings on a weekly basis
• Keeping track of manpower levels for each sub-contractor and keeping making note of all site activities
• Assisting with the control of equipment on site
• Maintaining quality control checks

Job Requirements

• Professional/Trade qualification in Carpentry
• 3+ years’ experience in construction industry is essential.
• Excellent communication, planning, leadership & attention to detail.
• Ability to work with minimum supervision.
• Full driving licence
• Experience with a main contractor preferable.
