Site Foreman - Cork

Construction Company with over 50 years of experience in many industry sectors and an extremely positive track record with regards to clients and employees. Very busy medium size builder recognised for their quality and excellence as well as their emphasis on health and safety for their employees. Have been involved in projects worth €10M-€50M. This particular role requires focus on the management of subcontractors with limited tool work.

Job Title: Site Foreman

Job Location: Cork City

Salary: €55k - €60k

The Role

• Reporting to Project Manager.
• Responsible for day to day running of the site with management talks between project manager and the senior foreman
• Coordination and supervision of all site staff and sub-contractors
• Carry out weekly/second weekly site meetings
• Ensure Projects are kept to projected and budgeted costings
• Ensure all safety systems are in place and abided by to ensure accident prevention

Job Requirements

• 3 years’ experience as a Site Foreman
• Experience in main contracting
• Must come from a trades background
• Good management experience
