Job Title – Site Foreman

Project – Residential

Job Location – Dublin

Salary – €50k - €60k

About the Company

The opportunity has risen to work for a Tier 2 contractor in the Dublin area. Works being carried out on apartment block – project valued at €16 million. Fantastic opportunity for continued work as contractor is very busy around Dublin.

• Ensure that all work completed follows the safety procedures in place
• Attend meetings
• Maintain quality control checks
• Assist in the controlling of on-site equipment
• Produce accurate, consistent and professional records, reports and general information
• Organise and coordinate labour
• Manage and motivate site teams

Requirements

• Minimum of 3+ years’ experience as a Site Foreman for main contractor
• Exceptional attention to detail
• Report to Site Manager
• Trade/Construction qualification
