Site Foreman - Dublin

Inform3 are recruiting for a small-medium contractor working on a one-off new build in South Dublin.

The project is residential and valued at €4m. Due to finish in 18 months. The right candidate will be an experienced foreman who is IT proficient as well.

Job Title: Site Foreman

Job Location: South Dublin

Sector: Residential

Salary: €60,000 - €70,000

The Role

• Reporting to the Director
• Coordination and supervision of all site staff and sub-contractors
• Carry out weekly site meetings
• Ensure Project is kept to projected and budgeted costings
• Ensure all safety systems are in place and abided by to ensure accident prevention

Job Requirements

• 5 years’ experience as a Site Foreman
• Experience in main contracting
• Must come from a trades background
• Residential experience required
• Good IT Skills
