Site Foreman - Dublin

Inform3 are recruiting for a small-medium contractor working on 3 commercial projects in the new year. Projects up to €10m in value. They require a working site foreman. The right candidate will be an experienced foreman who is also IT proficient.

Job Title: Site Foreman

Job Location: Dublin City

Sector: Commercial

Salary: €60,000 - €70,000

The Role:

• Health & Safety awareness
• Management from phase one through to finishing trades and subcontractors
• Liaising with engineers
• Awareness of all regulations and legalities
• Providing clear leadership abilities and direction to the site team
• Attending site meetings with up-to-date reporting on all site-based activities
• Effectively prioritise areas of work and meet strict deadlines

Job Requirements:

• Construction Management degree or anything of the same discipline preferred
• At least 5 years’ experience in a Site Manager or Foreman role
• Good IT skills e.g., Microsoft products
• Finishing experience desired
• Good problem-solving skills
• Leadership and Communication skills
• Commercial experience required
