Job Title – Site Foreman

Project – Residential

Job Location – Monaghan

Salary – €55k - €60k

About the Company

The opportunity has risen to work for a very busy contractor across Leinster. They are commencing a new housing development in Monaghan within the next month that is set to last for 2-3 years. Great opportunity for long-term work in a very accessible location.

• Ensure that all work completed follows the safety procedures in place
• Attend meetings
• Maintain quality control checks
• Assist in the controlling of on-site equipment
• Produce accurate, consistent and professional records, reports and general information
• Manage and motivate site teams

Requirements

• Minimum of 3+ years’ experience as a Site Foreman for main contractor
• Exceptional attention to detail
• Report to Site Manager
• Trade/Construction qualification
