**Job Description:**

**Key Responsibilities:**
- **Site Management:** Manage all aspects of the construction site, including scheduling, resource allocation, and site safety.
- **Quality Control:** Ensure that workmanship meets the company's high-quality standards and specifications.
- **Schedule Adherence:** Monitor project schedules and take proactive measures to keep projects on track.
- **Team Leadership:** Supervise and motivate subcontractors and on-site staff to achieve project goals.
- **Safety Compliance:** Enforce strict adherence to health and safety regulations on site.
- **Problem Solving:** Identify and resolve issues that may arise during construction to keep projects on course.
- **Client Communication:** Maintain open and effective communication with clients, keeping them informed of project progress.
- **Material Procurement:** Coordinate the timely delivery of materials to meet project requirements.
- **Documentation:** Maintain accurate site records, including daily logs, safety reports, and project documentation.
**Requirements:**
- Proven experience as a Site Foreman in residential construction, with a track record of successful project delivery.
- Strong knowledge of construction processes, safety regulations, and quality standards.
- Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and manage a team effectively.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and the capacity to make decisions under pressure.
- Knowledge of local building codes and regulations in Dublin.
- Proficiency in using construction management software and tools.
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
