Site Foreman - Dublin

Inform3 are recruiting for a medium-sized builder with experience in many different industry sectors with this particular project being for the education sector. They require a Site Foreman for the €10m project which will last for another year with further work in the pipeline.

Job Title: Site Foreman

Job Location: Lucan, Dublin

Sector: Education

Salary: €70,000 - €75,000

The Role

• Health & Safety awareness
• Management through to finishing trades and subcontractors
• Liaising with engineers
• Awareness of all regulations and legalities
• Providing clear leadership abilities and direction to the site team
• Attending site meetings with up-to-date reporting on all site-based activities
• Effectively prioritise areas of work and meet strict deadlines

Job Requirements

• Construction Management degree or anything of the same discipline preferred
• At least 5 years’ experience in a Site Manager or Foreman role
• Good IT skills e.g., Microsoft products
• Education experience desired
• Good problem-solving skills
• Leadership and Communication skills
