Site Foreman - Dublin

Inform3 are recruiting for a main contractor on a project in North Dublin. This is a €3m education project that would entail an extension and refurbishment over two separate phases.

Project due to start late November/early December with a duration of 18 months.

Job Title: Site Foreman

Job Location: North Dublin

Sector: Education

Salary: €70,000 & vehicle package

The Role

• Health & Safety awareness
• Report directly to the Director
• Management from phase one through to finishing trades and subcontractors
• Liaising with engineers
• Awareness of all regulations and legalities
• Providing clear leadership abilities and direction to the site team
• Attending site meetings with up-to-date reporting on all site-based activities
• Effectively prioritise areas of work and meet strict deadlines

Job Requirements

• Construction Management degree or anything of the same discipline preferred
• At least 5 years’ experience in a Site Manager or Foreman role
• Good IT skills e.g., Microsoft products
• Finishing experience desired
• Good problem-solving skills
• Leadership and Communication skills
