Job Title – Site Foreman

Job Location – Antrim

Salary - £40K - £50K plus package

About the Company:

A building contractor who looks after projects in all sectors but focuses largely on Residential schemes and one-off builds are currently looking for an experienced hands-on site foreman to run Social Housing Projects as they have been awarded new projects in the Antrim area.

The Role:

• Hands on Site Foreman.
• Ensuring work is carried out in accordance with the specification programme.
• Co-ordinating and managing of subcontractors.
• Ensuring work is carried out safely to the highest of standards.
• Managing health and safety delivery on site.
• Attending weekly management team meeting.
• Maintaining the site diary – recording manpower levels for each sub-contractor and keeping. detailed notes of all site activities.
• Assisting with the control of plant and equipment on site.
• Co-ordinating and managing of subcontractors.
• Ensuring work is carried out to the highest of standards.
• Dealing with all health and safety issues on site.

Requirements:

• Minimum of 5 years General Foreman.
• Joinery background experience.
• Experience in residential projects.
• Extensive experience in effective management of sub-contractors.
• Ability to work to tight deadlines.
• Excellent interpersonal skills, strong oral and written communication skills.
• PC Skills to complete timesheets, requisitions etc.
