Site Foreman - Wexford

Inform3 are recruiting a Site Foreman for a Wexford based developer on a 90-unit social housing development. Project is currently on enabling works.

You will be number one on site with your own office-based support behind you and will take the site from greenfield to handover. Ideal for a Foreman/Manager who likes to be more site based.

Further work in the pipeline with more developments in Wexford greenlit spanning 3-4 years.

Job Title: Site Foreman

Job Location: Wexford

Sector: Housing

Salary: €75,000 - €85,000 & Vehicle package

The Role

• Health & Safety awareness
• Management from phase one through to handover
• Liaising with engineers
• Reporting to Directors
• Awareness of all regulations and legalities
• Occasionally helping with procurement
• Providing clear leadership abilities and direction to the site team
• Holding site meetings with up-to-date reporting on all site-based activities
• Effectively prioritise areas of work and meet strict deadlines

Job Requirements

• Construction Management degree or anything of the same discipline preferred
• At least 5 years’ experience in a Site Manager or Foreman role
• Good IT skills e.g., Microsoft
• Finishing experience desired
• Good problem-solving skills
• Leadership and Communication skills
• Housing experience required
