Site Foreman

INFORM3 Construction Recruitment has an exciting new position with a medium sized building contractor. They have recently signed for a new project in Dublin with a repeat client and are keen to take on a highly competent Site Foreman to lead in the delivery of the project.  The company is a forward-thinking building contractor who has a good reputation for training, development and staff retention. Competitive salary with van & fuel.

The Role

• Reporting to the Project Manager
• Responsible for day to day running of the site
• Coordination and supervision of all site staff and sub-contractors
• Carry out weekly site meetings
• Ensure work is carried out in accordance with the latest drawing, specifications and programme
• Ensure Projects are kept to projected and budgeted costings
• Ensure all safety systems are in place and abided by to ensure accident prevention
• Responsible for liaising with the client and design team on a daily basis and during project life cycle

Job Requirements

Main Contractor Experience is desirable

• Experience with Projects above €3M   
• 3+ Yrs Experience Site Management
• Must have degree or equivalent
• Computer literate
• Full understanding of design drawings
• Clean driving licence
• IOSH Managing Safety in Construction, Occupational First Aid, and any other CSCS or CPD
