Job Title – Site Foreman   

Project – New Build Residential

Job Location – Tyrone

Salary – £40K - £50K + package

*Salary Negotiable depending on Experience*

About the Company

Very busy Main Contractor specialising in new build housing developments across the Northern Ireland.

My client is keen to chat to experienced Foremen who have a background in residential new builds from greenfield stages right through to handover.

Good site set up with support from project manager and contracts manager.

Ideally will come from a Joinery or Carpentry Background.

The Role

• Coordination and supervision of the finishing of a Commercial Development.
• Act as a point of contact for direct staff, subcontractors, clients and design team.
• Report into and support the Site manager, Project Manager and Contracts Manager.   
• Oversee manpower on site including, direct staff and subcontractors and consult with local authorities when needed.
• Oversee the procurement of materials and ensure that site requirements are met without exceeding budget.
• Managing sub-contractors and personnel on site to ensure that productivity levels are high.
• Ensure that company policies including H&S policies are adhered to on site.
• Host tool box talks and meetings with direct staff to outline the works required.

Requirements

• A Degree in Construction Management or Trade Background.
• Ideally Carpentry of Joinery Background.
• A minimum of 3 years proven experience in a similar role on commercial projects.
• Experience working with bespoke joinery packages.
