Site Foreman – Kilkenny

 

INFORM3 are looking to appoint a Site Foreman, for a road and utilities project based in Kilkenny. The successful candidate will join a company that has more than 50 years’ experience in the Civil Engineering Industry.

The Foreman will be responsible for the effective and efficient running of the site. Th Foreman must ensure that the project is planned, programmed and delivered on time to the satisfaction of the client and his professional team with respect to quality, safety, environmental impact and budget.  

 

 

Site Foreman Key Responsibilities:

  • Report into Senior Management and ensure the site is run as per the project plan
  • Responsible for supervising site team and ensuring that daily and weekly targets are met
  • To assist with providing information for completion of daily site diary, allocation sheets, time sheets, record of labour, progress report sheets, plant returns, material returns and local site purchase sheets.
  • Production of outputs and performance measurement.
  • Liaison with project managers for removal and installation of plant and equipment.
  • Conduct daily briefings with site team
  • Motivate site team and ensure the project is continuously worked on to a high standard
  • Understanding the interfaces between trades.
  • To provide a safe place of work that complies with current legislation.
  • Be aware of responsibilities from the HSEQ policies

 

 

Required Qualifications/Experience:

  • 10 plus years working in the Construction Industry
  • 5 plus years in a similar role
  • CSR Card
  • Experience working with heavy machinery
  • Experience in groundworks, drainage, earthworks and muck shifting etc
  • Clean Driving License
