Site Foreman - Limerick

Inform3 are recruiting for a busy Limerick-based contractor who provide a wide range of construction solutions that cater for home, business, public service and industrial needs. Would work on projects valued at €300k-€3m.

They require a Site Foreman to look after 1-3 small-scale projects in the area. This role would be a good fit for someone with experience in programming.

Job Title: Site Foreman

Job Location: Limerick

Sector: Commercial, Residential & Industrial

Salary: €70,000 - €75,000 & Travel package

The Role

• Programming and scheduling
• Reporting to the Managing Director
• Responsible for day to day running of the site
• Coordinating and supervising all site staff and sub-contractors
• Carrying out weekly site meetings
• Ensuring Projects are kept to projected and budgeted costings
• Ensuring all safety systems are in place and abided by to ensure accident prevention

Job Requirements

• 5+ years’ experience as a Site Foreman in main contracting
• Trades background an advantage
• Knowledge of latest building regulation and certification standards.
• The Ability to lead, use initiative and be self-motivated.
• Ability to work to targets and deadlines.
