Site Foreman – Donegal

INFORM3 are looking to appoint a Site Foreman, for projects based in Donegal. The successful candidate will work for a client who would have heavy experience in roads, tarmacadam and asphalt. The client has great knowledge and experience within the industry and is continually growing. They have always received great response from their clients upon each of their projects.

The successful candidate will need to be an experienced Site Foreman who has managed site teams and has great knowledge of roads’ projects.

Site Foreman Key Responsibilities

• Report regularly into Senior Management on the progress of the project
• Manage and control the site crew
• Ensure daily and weekly tasks are completed on schedule
• Order in regular supplies and ensure enough materials are maintained to keep the project running
• Complete measurements of supplies and materials to ensure they meet with the requirements
• Provide assistance in emergency situations
• Ensure health and safety is maintained to a high standard
• Be present for meetings, as and when required
• Continually drive and motivate the site crew, leading by example

Required Qualifications/Experience

• 5 years plus experience in relevant role
• Tarmacadam experience
• Safe Pass
• Driving License
• Excellent interpersonally communication skills
• Experience in heavy plant operations – desirable, not essential.
