Site Foreman - Dublin

INFORM3 Construction recruitment are looking for a site foreman for an excellent residential developer

Job Title – SITE FOREMAN

Job Location – Dublin

Salary - €50,000 - €56,000

About the Company

House developer going 30 years, based in Dublin. Specialise in Residential projects from €300k - €500k. They have an excellent reputation which helps repeat business within both the public and private sectors. This customer loyalty is a result of their competitive edge in pricing and our reliable execution of all projects undertaken.

The Role

• Able to take the job out of the ground and see it to hand over
• Successful candidate that is on the site full time working the job.
• Manage and coordinate both site staff and sub-contractors on site
• Ensure completion dates are met
• Work from Architect drawings
• Liaise with engineers’ other members of management
• Will be safety conscious
• Take control of all works from house foundations through to 1st & 2nd fix including external finishes, paving, boundary walls, landscaping and pipe work

Requirements

• A Degree in Construction Management or Trade Qualification (e.g. Carpentry) is desirable
• Background in commercial projects
• Proven record of seeing projects through from start to finish
• Excellent working knowledge of latest building regulation and certification standards
• Excellent working knowledge and track record of managing utilities
• An ability to achieve demanding time and quality targets.
• To be good at working with people at all levels and willing to work in a team.
• The ability to lead, use initiative and be self-motivated
• A strong sense of ownership and responsibility for tasks/project
• Proficient in Microsoft Office.
