INFORM3 are seeking an experienced Site Foreman for an established construction contractor to oversee a range of construction and refurbishment projects across the Clare and Limerick region.

The successful candidate will play a key role in managing site operations, coordinating subcontractors, and ensuring projects are delivered safely, on time, and to the highest quality standards.

Site Foreman Key Responsibilities

  • Manage day-to-day site activities and supervise site personnel.
  • Coordinate subcontractors, trades, and suppliers to ensure efficient project delivery.
  • Ensure all works are completed in accordance with project specifications, drawings, and quality standards.
  • Monitor project progress and report regularly to senior management.
  • Enforce health and safety procedures and maintain a safe working environment at all times.
  • Conduct site inspections and quality checks throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Assist with project planning, scheduling, and resource allocation.
  • Resolve on-site issues and ensure minimal disruption to project timelines.
  • Maintain accurate site records, including daily reports and safety documentation.

Site Foreman Requirements

  • Proven experience as a Foreman within the construction industry.
  • Strong background in refurbishment, fit-out, and general construction projects.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and organisational skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple trades and subcontractors effectively.
  • Strong understanding of health and safety regulations and site management practices.
  • Ability to read and interpret construction drawings and specifications.
  • Full driving licence.
  • Relevant trade qualification or construction-related certification desirable.
