Working Site Foreman

INFORM3 are recruiting an experienced Working Site Foreman who is comfortable being hands-on with the tools while leading the site team. This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced groundworker/foreman who wants responsibility for coordinating day-to-day works while remaining actively involved on site.

Working Site Foreman Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and coordinate the site crew.
• Work hands-on alongside the team.
• Organise daily activities and allocate tasks.
• Monitor productivity, quality and progress.
• Coordinate plant, materials and equipment.
• Liaise with engineers and project management.
• Ensure works are carried out safely and efficiently.
• Maintain site standards and HSEQ requirements.

Working Site Foreman Requirements:

• Proven experience as a Working Foreman / General Foreman.
• Strong hands-on groundworks/civils experience.
• Ability to lead and motivate a site team.
• Strong understanding of construction methods.
• Good health & safety awareness.
• Ability to work away in Norway.
• Relevant tickets/qualifications advantageous.
