INFORM3 are seeking an experienced Site Foreman to oversee residential and civil engineering projects in Cork. This is an excellent opportunity for a hands-on professional to join an established team and play a key role in the successful delivery of projects.

Site Foreman Key Responsibilities

• Supervise daily site operations across residential and civil projects.
• Coordinate site teams, subcontractors and plant.
• Ensure works are completed to drawings, specifications and programme.
• Monitor quality, productivity and project progress.
• Maintain high standards of health and safety.
• Coordinate materials and resources to keep works on schedule.
• Liaise with site management, engineers and subcontractors.

Site Foreman Requirements

• Previous experience as a Site Foreman in residential construction and/or civil engineering.
• Strong knowledge of construction methods and site operations.
• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings.
• Excellent leadership and organisational skills.
• Strong commitment to quality and health and safety.
• Safe Pass and relevant construction qualifications.
