Working Site Foreman
Job Location: Westmeath/Offaly
Sector: Civil

INFORM3 currently seeking an experienced Working Site Foreman to join an established civil engineering and utilities contractor, to oversee and actively work on water and wastewater infrastructure projects in Offaly/Westmeath.

This is a hands-on position, combining site supervision with practical involvement in the delivery of works. The successful candidate will coordinate site teams, manage day-to-day activities and ensure projects are delivered safely, efficiently and to a high standard.

Working Site Foreman Responsibilities:

• Supervise and coordinate site operatives, subcontractors and plant.
• Take a hands-on role in the delivery of water and wastewater projects.
• Oversee daily site activities, ensuring works are completed to programme.
• Ensure compliance with health and safety procedures.
• Read and interpret construction drawings and specifications.
• Coordinate materials, plant and labour requirements.
• Monitor quality of works and maintain site records.
• Liaise with engineers, project managers and clients.

Working Site Foreman Requirements:

• Previous experience as a Working Foreman, General Foreman or experienced Pipe Layer looking to step up.
• Strong background in watermain installation, drainage or underground utilities.
• Experience supervising site crews while remaining hands-on.
• Good understanding of site health and safety requirements.
• Ability to read drawings and coordinate daily site activities.
• Full driving licence essential.
