About the Company
INFORM3 Recruitment is currently working on behalf of a well-established and highly regarded Main Contractor specialising in new build residential developments across Northern Ireland.
Due to continued growth and a strong project pipeline, they are seeking an experienced Site Foreman with a proven track record in residential new build projects, from greenfield stage through to final handover.
This is an excellent opportunity to join a well-structured site team with strong support from the Project Manager and Contracts Manager. Candidates with a Carpentry or Joinery background are particularly encouraged to apply.
As Site Foreman, you will be responsible for overseeing site operations and ensuring works are delivered safely, on time, and to the highest standard of quality.
Key responsibilities include:
Coordinating and supervising site activities through to project completion
Acting as the main point of contact for site staff, subcontractors, clients, and the design team
Reporting to and supporting the Site Manager, Project Manager, and Contracts Manager
Managing and overseeing direct labour and subcontractors to maintain productivity and quality standards
Ensuring materials are procured and delivered in line with programme and budget requirements
Maintaining strict adherence to company Health & Safety policies
Conducting toolbox talks and regular site meetings
Liaising with local authorities where required
Requirements
Degree in Construction Management or a relevant trade background
Ideally from a Carpentry or Joinery background
Minimum of 3 years’ experience in a similar Foreman role
Strong experience delivering residential or commercial projects
Experience managing bespoke joinery packages is desirable
