Site Foreman - Commercial - Armagh

INFORM3 Construction Recruitment is keen to speak with Experienced Foremen for a commercial project. The company is a Main building Contractor working in all sectors of the construction industry such as residential, healthcare & commercial. They are a family-owned business and have been going over 50 years.

Job Location                South Armagh

Salary                          £35,000 - £45,000

Project Value               £4M

The Role

• Running the day-to-day site
• Ensuring work is carried out in accordance with the specification programme
• Co-ordinating and managing of subcontractors
• Ensuring work is carried out safely to the highest of standards
• Managing health and safety delivery on site
• Maintaining the site diary – recording manpower levels for each sub-contractor and keeping detailed notes of all site activities

Requirements

• Minimum of 5 years General Foreman / Finishing Foreman experience, preferably within large sites
• Experience in commercial projects
• Carpentry / joinery background would be preferable
• Ability to work to tight deadlines
• Excellent interpersonal skills, strong oral and written communication skills
• PC Skills to complete timesheets, requisitions etc
