Job Title – Site Foreman
Job Location – Cork
Salary - €40,000 - €50,000

The Role
- To run and look after day to day operations on site while maintaining high standards of Health and safety and quality
- Review blueprints
- Speak with management and update on progress
- Successful candidate that is on the site full time working the job.
- Manage and coordinate both site staff and sub-contractors on site
- Ensure completion dates are met
- Managing civil engineering and groundworks contractors
- Management of H&S on site to ensure highest standards are maintained
- Will have good attention to detail and be able to work under pressure to achieve strict deadlines
- Will be safety conscious
- Take control of all works from house foundations through to 1st & 2nd fix including external finishes, paving, boundary walls and landscaping
- Ensuring quality of works
Requirements
Experience in similar role is expected
Proven record of seeing projects through from start to finish
Excellent working knowledge of latest building regulation and certification standards
Excellent working knowledge and track record of managing utilities
An ability to achieve demanding time and quality targets.
To be good at working with people at all levels and willing to work in a team.
The ability to lead, use initiative and be self-motivated
A strong sense of ownership and responsibility for tasks/project
Proficient in Microsoft Office.
