INFORM3 Construction Recruitment is keen to speak with Experienced Foremen for a Housing Project in Co Louth. The company is a Construction is one of the most reputable contractors in Northern Ireland with a lot of work on the ground. They work on projects upwards of £30M.

The Role

• Assisting the Project Manager / Contracts Manager
• Handling the snagging package and making sure timelines are met.
• Ensuring work is carried out in accordance with the specification programme
• Co-ordinating and managing of subcontractors
• Managing health and safety delivery on site
• Attending weekly management team meeting 
• Maintaining the site diary – recording manpower levels for each sub-contractor and keeping detailed notes of all site activities
• Assisting with the control of plant and equipment on site

Requirements

• Experience in Housing
• Joinery Background
• Extensive experience in effective management of sub-contractors
• Ability to work to tight deadlines
• Excellent interpersonal skills, strong oral and written communication skills
• PC Skills to complete timesheets, requisitions etc
