Site Foreman - Refurb - Armagh

INFORM3 Construction Recruitment is keen to speak with Experienced Foremen for Refurb work in Armagh. This company is a medium sized building contractor who focus primarily on commercial projects in education, retail and hospitality sectors. The position is full time permanent.

Job Title – Site Foreman

Job Location – Armagh

Salary - £38,000 - £42,000

The Role

• Co-ordinating and managing of subcontractors
• Ensuring work is carried out safely to the highest of standards
• Managing health and safety delivery on site
• Attending weekly management team meeting 
• Maintaining the site diary – recording manpower levels for each sub-contractor and keeping detailed notes of all site activities
• Assisting with the control of plant and equipment on site

Requirements

• Minimum of 5 years General Foreman with joinery background
• Experience in apartment schemes
• Extensive experience in effective management of sub-contractors
• Ability to work to tight deadlines
• Excellent interpersonal skills, strong oral and written communication skills
• PC Skills to complete timesheets, requisitions etc
