Your New Company: … This company is a medium sized building contractor who focus primarily on commercial projects in education, retail and hospitality sectors. The position is full time permanent.

Salary                          £35K - £45,000

The Role

• Running day to day duties on site
• Ensuring work is carried out safely to the highest of standards
• Managing health and safety delivery on site
• Attending weekly management team meeting 
• Assisting with the control of plant and equipment on site

Requirements

• Minimum of 5 years General Foreman with joinery background
• Experience in apartment schemes
• Extensive experience in effective management of sub-contractors
• Ability to work to tight deadlines
• Excellent interpersonal skills, strong oral and written communication skills
• PC Skills to complete timesheets, requisitions etc
