Job Title – Site Foreman

Job Location – Antrim

Salary - £35,000 - £45,000 (vehicle included)

About the Company

Medium sized building contractor who looks after projects in all sectors but focuses largely on Residential schemes and one-off builds ranging from £350k - £2M. Currently looking for an experienced hands-on site foreman to run their sites as they have been awarded new projects in the Antrim area.

The Role

• Hands on Site Foreman
• Ensuring work is carried out in accordance with the specification programme
• Co-ordinating and managing of subcontractors
• Ensuring work is carried out safely to the highest of standards
• Managing health and safety delivery on site
• Attending weekly management team meeting 
• Maintaining the site diary – recording manpower levels for each sub-contractor and keeping detailed notes of all site activities
• Assisting with the control of plant and equipment on site
• Co-ordinating and managing of subcontractors
• Ensuring work is carried out to the highest of standards
• Dealing with all health and safety issues on site

Requirements

• Minimum of 5 years General Foreman
• Trades background is desirable
• Experience in residential projects
• Extensive experience in effective management of sub-contractors
• Ability to work to tight deadlines
• Excellent interpersonal skills, strong oral and written communication skills
• PC Skills to complete timesheets, requisitions etc
