Site Foreman - Residential - Dublin

Job Title – Site Foreman

Job Location – North Dublin

Salary - £40,000 - £45,000

About the Company

Principle Contractor on a Large High density housing scheme. This contractor is very busy and would work in Both UK and Ireland. They would work on projects between £1M - £10M. This particular project will go right through to 3^rd Qrtr in November.

The Role

• Ensuring work is carried out in accordance with the specification programme
• Co-ordinating and managing of subcontractors
• Ensuring work is carried out safely to the highest of standards
• Managing health and safety delivery on site
• Attending weekly management team meeting 
• Maintaining the site diary – recording manpower levels for each sub-contractor and keeping detailed notes of all site activities
• Assisting with the control of plant and equipment on site
• Co-ordinating and managing of subcontractors
• Ensuring work is carried out to the highest of standards
• Dealing with all health and safety issues on site

Requirements

• Minimum of 5 years General Foreman
• Experience in housing schemes
• Extensive experience in effective management of sub-contractors
• Ability to work to tight deadlines
• Excellent interpersonal skills, strong oral and written communication skills
• PC Skills to complete timesheets, requisitions etc
