Job Title – Site Foreman

Job Location – Belfast

Salary - £35,000 - £45,000

Construction company in Northern Ireland operating over 35 years, specialists in residential housing schemes, and are renowned for treating their employees well. They are well known for their finish of the houses they build. They try and keep all their project portfolio in Northern Ireland

The Role

• Must be able to set out the site and take levels
• Ensuring work is carried out in accordance with the specification programme
• Co-ordinating and managing of subcontractors
• Ensuring work is carried out safely to the highest of standards
• Managing health and safety delivery on site
• Attending weekly management team meeting 
• Maintaining the site diary – recording manpower levels for each sub-contractor and keeping detailed notes of all site activities
• Assisting with the control of plant and equipment on site
• Co-ordinating and managing of subcontractors
• Ensuring work is carried out to the highest of standards
• Dealing with all health and safety issues on site

Requirements

• Minimum of 5 years General Foreman / Site Management experience
