Job Location    South Dublin

Salary                   €50,000 - €55,000 

About the Company 

This Tier 2 company has grown over the years and now operates countrywide, covering a wide range of sectors within the industry including, commercial, residential, healthcare, hotel & leisure and industrial. They have a fantastic opportunity for a Site Foreman to assist the management team on site and progress up the ranks further. This exciting new project is due to start in Spring.

Site Foreman Key Responsibilities: 

• Report to the Project / Contracts Manager on a regular basis 
• Organise daily activities, work shifts, etc.  
• Capacity of coordination between the different activities performed by the employees and subcontractor  
• Complete work to the highest quality standard 
• Ordering and control of materials on site  
• Complete all necessary documentation and paperwork as required daily and properly including but not limited to: Time sheets, Pre-Task Planning Sheets, daily journal/diary, weekly safety report, receiving reports, change/time off, work order, etc.  
• Monitor the progress of your work against the planned production goals.  
• Deliver regular toolbox talk briefings to the site team  
• Ensure daily and weekly plant checks are carried out and all records are up to date.  
• Monitor sub-contract works and ensure subcontract works are being delivered  
• Ensure Health & Safety is always maintained  

Job Requirements  

• Main Contractor Experience preferable
• Degree in construction management or Trade qualification is desirable   

• Experience in residential builds  
• 4+ yrs experience in general foreman duties
• Computer literate 
• Full understanding of design drawings 
• Clean driving licence 

• IOSH Managing Safety in Construction, Occupational First Aid, and any other CSCS or CPD 
• Fully Updated with BCAR
