INFORM3 Construction Recruitment is currently seeking a Site Foreman for a top civils contractor working on a large Residential Project in Dublin. The client is expanding due to an increase in demand for their services, an excellent opportunity to grow alongside the company. They work on a range of projects including; Residential, Bulk Excavations, Demolition, Enabling Services, Road, Bridge & Flood defence projects. They offer candidates the chance to work on a variety of complex projects.
 

Job Title – Site Foreman/Manager
Job Location – Dublin
Salary – €70k+ DOE

Job Role:

• Ensuring work is carried out in accordance with the project programme.
• Ensuring work is carried out safely to the highest of standards
• Assisting with the control of plant and equipment on site
• Maintaining the site diary – keeping detailed notes of all site activities
• Maintaining quality control checks
• Co-ordinating weekly site meetings, discussing key objectives
• Cooperating with the senior management team.
• Managing traffic on site

Specification:

• Minimum of 3 years’ relevant experience
• Worked as a Site Foreman or in a similar position
• Ability to work to tight deadlines
• Excellent interpersonal skills, strong oral and written communication skills
• Good planning, leadership & attention to detail.
• Full driving license
