Rightpath Construction Recruitment has an excellent new opportunity with a Tier 1 award winning Northern Irish Building Company. The company is a market leader in the building of commercial projects throughout Northern Ireland and the UK. This opportunity is to work with a project director who has been with the company for over 20 years and has guided them in the delivery of several complex projects, many of them winning awards. The project requires a Site Manager with extensive experience in new build construction projects over £10M. Highly competitive salary and van/fuel card with this role.

Site Manager Criteria

• Building Background
• Demonstrable record of successfully delivering New Build Commercial Projects valued £10M+
• Experience of planning and monitoring project programmes to budgets and resources ensuring delivery to time and cost constraints
• IT and standard industry software skills
• Ambitious and self-motivated
• Ability to communicate confidently and professionally with all levels of staff and clients
• Experience of managing and developing a team

Site Manager Duties

• Ensure that project design solutions are delivered to the highest standards and meet programme and budgetary constraints
• Day to day running of Site
• Planning resourcing of projects and monitoring against budgets
• Preparing and monitoring work programmes to deliver projects to deadlines
• Responsibility for maintaining excellent client relationships
• Providing specialist technical leadership
