Job Title – Site Manager – Top Tier Main Contractor

Project – Commercial New Build - £25M

Job Location – GB – Weekly Travel

Salary - £55K - £55K + up to £10K package  

About the Company

Leading Main Contractor working on a £25M project in London City. The project is a new build commercial development – 45 storey RC Frame with ground floor retail space.

This top Main Contractor has an excellent reputation for developing their staff and delivering award winning Projects year on year.

This Contractor has delivered some of Ireland and the UK's most prestigious developments.

Requirements

• A Degree in Construction Management or similar Trade Qualification.
• A minimum of 5 years proven experience working as a Project Manager with a Main Contractor in NI or UK.
• Strong awareness of H&S and Health and Welfare Regulations and ability to implement these regulations on site.
• Experience working on commercial projects valued over £10M from ground up.
• Ideally managed a high-rise steel frame project.
• Ability to effectively manage site programme and associated schedules to required deadlines.
• Strong I.T skills are essential. (Microsoft Suite including Project)
