Job Title – Site Manager – Top Tier Main Contractor

Project – Commercial New Build - £25M

Job Location – GB – Weekly Travel

Salary - £55K - £65K + up to £10K package  

About the Company

Leading Main Contractor working on a £25M project in London City Centre. The project is a new build commercial development with a minimum of 3 years’ work on it.

This top Main Contractor has an excellent reputation for developing their staff and delivering award winning Projects year on year – they have delivered some of Ireland and the UK's most prestigious developments.

Very Competitive Salary on offer as well as an industry leading package. Full Travel & Accommodation will be provided by the contractor.

Requirements

• A Degree in Construction Management or similar Trade Qualification.
• A minimum of 5 years proven experience working as a Project Manager with a Main Contractor in NI or UK.
• Strong awareness of H&S and Health and Welfare Regulations and ability to implement these regulations on site.
• Experience working on commercial projects valued over £10M from ground up.
• Ideally managed a high-rise steel frame project.
• Ability to effectively manage site programme and associated schedules to required deadlines.
• Strong I.T skills are essential. (Microsoft Suite including Project)
