Job Title – Site Manager (Apartments)

Project – Residential Apartments

Job Location – North Coast Co. Antrim

Salary – £40K - £50K plus package

About the Company:

Inform3 has a new opportunity for a Site Manager to work in the North Coast Antrim Area. The medium sized construction company requires a Site Manager to control the apartment block they will be working on which will start Mid-January.

This is 10 apartment blocks valued around £3m with a reputation known for its high standard of work and excellent staff retention with a competitive salary plus package.

The Role:

• Liaise with sub-contractors and personnel on site in in the planning and construction of the project.
• Management of Site Resources & take the lead on all associated packages
• Support the Project Manager/ Contracts Manager to ensure works are completed as per programme and to a high standard.
• Maintain excellent relationships with the construction management team, subcontractors and site personnel.
• Provide Supervision and Engineering Management on a range of projects different Residential projects.
• Manage a team of engineers to ensure works are completed as per programme and to a high standard.

Requirements:

• A Degree in Engineering or related discipline.
• Minimum of 5 years’ experience in Site Management.
• Experience in working for an NI Contractor.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Full Clean Drivers Licence.
