INFORM3 Recruitment are currently recruiting on behalf of a Main Contractor for:

 

Job Title – Site Manager  

Project – Restoration Project

Job Location – Co. Down

Salary - £45K - £50K + package  

 

About the Company:

Working with an industry leading Contractor who specialise in Commercial & Residential projects across Ulster.

Projects in a range of different industry sectors – housing, commercial, education, light industrial etc.

Our client currently have a project in Co. Down region – a restoration building project valued around £5m starting the beginning of February with a strong streamline of work within the Ulster region.

 

The Role:

  • Coordination and supervision of various fit out projects as required by the business.
  • Oversee commercial and residential projects and manage manpower on site including, direct staff and subcontractors over multiple sites.
  • Supervise works on site and ensure the quality of works and that they are done on time and in budget.
  • Host weekly meetings to update senior management and clients on project progress.
  • Plan and coordinate the daily requirements of the site including labour, procurement of materials and meeting deadlines.
  • Perform company compliance, H&S and administration procedure and record performance and progress of site operations.

 

Requirements:

  • A Degree in Construction Management or similar Trade Qualification.
  • A minimum of 5 years proven experience working as a Site Manager with a Main Contractor in NI or ROI.
  • Strong awareness of H&S and Health and Welfare Regulations and ability to implement these regulations on site.
  • Ability to effectively manage site programme and associated schedules to required deadlines.
  • Strong I.T skills are essential. (Microsoft Suite including Project)
  • Strong communication skills.
