INFORM3 are recruiting a Site Manager to complete civil works on a large groundworks project in North Belfast.

The successful candidate will be working for a client with over 30 years’ experience in the construction industry. The successful candidate will be experienced in groundworks and supervising site works.

Site Manager Requirements:

• Assume overall responsibility for the successful delivery of projects
• Deliver the work safely, without environmental incidents and to the specified quality without defects
• Manage subcontractors and provide direct instruction and support as necessary such that contractual arrangements are achieved
• Ensure the commercial performance of the contract is maximised
• Ensure production and implementation of Project Plans, risk assessments, method statements, site waste management plans are in line with Company procedures
• Produce and manage the project programme
• Encourage and coach team members to develop their skills

Site Manager Specification:

• Minimum 5 years Industry experience
• Experience on organising men and ordering materials
• Sound knowledge of Microsoft Office suite of software
• Excellent interpersonal and written communication skills
• The ability to lead, manage and proactively participate in project teams
• Full Driving License
