Site Manager (Private Housing Scheme)

INFORM Construction has a new opportunity for a Site Manager to oversee a housing development close to Derry / Londonderry. The construction company has been operating for the past 40 years and due to increased success, they would like to add a Site Manager to their team. Operating over 40 years, this multi award winning company has delivered projects up to the value of £10M to the highest of standards. The new project is due to start in November and they will be interviewing suitable candidates immediately for the position. The successful manager would be in charge of building around 20 - 25 units per year. Competitive salary with a van and fuel card on offer.

Criteria

• Strong Trades / Engineering Background
• Minimum 5 years' experience as a Site Manager
• Housing projects as Site Manager
• Project list of contacts £1M and above
• Site Management Safety Pass
• Preferably 1st Aid

Duties

• Reporting to the Construction Director
• Overall management of Project
• Keep the Project on time and within budget
• Order materials
