Job Title – Site Manager

Project – Residential Project

Job Location – Wexford

Salary – €55K-€65K

 

About the Company

Busy Main contractor, who carry out projects across Dublin ad South Leinster valued up to €10M require an experienced site manager for a housing development in Wexford. The successful candidate will be the number one on site and report into the company directors.

 

The Role

  • Coordination and supervision of the construction of a residential development.
  • Oversee residential projects and manage manpower on site including, direct staff and subcontractors over multiple sites.
  • Host meetings with Clients to update them on the progress of the projects.
  • Lead weekly toolbox talk and whiteboard meetings.
  • Managing sub-contractors and personnel on site.
  • Supervise works on site and ensure the quality of works and that they are done on time and in budget.
  • Plan and coordinate the daily requirements of the site including labour, ordering of materials and meeting deadlines.
  • Perform company compliance, H&S and administration procedure and record performance and progress of site operations.

Requirements

  • A Degree in Construction Management or similar.
  • A minimum of 3 years proven experience as a Site Manager.
  • Engineering or Carpentry background is desirable.
  • Experience working on housing developments.
  • Ability to effectively manage site programme and associated schedules to required deadlines.
  • Strong I.T skills are essential. (Microsoft Suite including Project)
