Job Title            Site Manager / Finishing Manager

Job Location    Dublin North

Salary                €60,000 - €70,000

Project              Residential Project

Award winning main contractor with a proven track record of successful project delivery through the generations. Technically advanced building projects are delivered in a cost effective and safe manner with excellent craftsmanship and attention to detail.

The Role

• Be hands on if needed
• Responsible for day to day running of the site
• Coordination and supervision of all site staff and sub-contractors
• Work as part of a team along with the senior management staff on site in order to achieve project success
• Ensure work is carried out in accordance with the latest drawing, specifications and programme
• Ensure Projects are kept to projected and budgeted costings
• Ensure all safety systems are in place and abided by to ensure accident prevention
• Responsible for liaising with the client and design team on a daily basis and during project life cycle

Job Requirements 

• Main Contractor Experience
• Carpenter Background
• 5+ Yrs Experience Site Management
• Computer literate
• Full understanding of design drawings
• Clean driving licence
• IOSH Managing Safety in Construction, Occupational First Aid, and any other CSCS or CPD
• Fully Updated with BCAR
