Job Title – Foreman - #1 on £5M Project

Project – Residential – Houses  

Job Location – Antrim

Salary – up to £45K with Travel   

About the Company

Working with a long standing medium sized company who specialise in delivering new build residential projects across Ulster. Projects range in value from £500K to £10M.

This project requires a strong Foreman/ Site Manager to oversee the complete construction of a new build residential development from green field to handover.

Permanent role.

The Role

• Coordination and supervision of the construction of new build residential development.
• Be the number one on site for all activities and act as a point of contact for direct staff, subcontractors, clients and design team.
• Report into and support the Company Directors and Contracts Managers.
• Managing sub-contractors and personnel on site to ensure that productivity levels are high.
• Supervise works on site and ensure the quality of works.
• Plan and coordinate the daily requirements of the site including labour, procurement of materials, and meeting deadlines.
• Ensure that company policies including H&S policies are adhered to on site.

Requirements

• A Degree in Construction Management or similar Trade Qualification.
• A minimum of 5 years proven experience with a Main Contractor.
• Engineering background preferred.
• Ability to effectively manage site programme and associated schedules to required deadlines.
