Site Manager - Down

Site Manager     County Armagh                £35-40k

Our client based in County Armagh and easily commutable from Portadown, Newry & Banbridge has an immediate requirement to recruit a Site Manager to be responsible for managing the on-site day to day operations of a busy fabrication plant.

 The Role

• Supervise the delivery of each job on time, within specification and on budget
• Maintaining high safety, environmental and quality standards.
• Liaising with the Project Manager and Site Personnel
• To provide a safe place of work that complies with current legislation.
• Managing sub-contractors, engineering and operational staff and personnel on site.
• Scheduling weekly work programmes, recording and reviewing weekly progress reports
• Implementation of daily and weekly programmes together with the issue of programme details to sub-contractors.
• Attending and participating in weekly Site Meetings

 Job Requirements 

• 3+ years experience as a Site Manager
• Joinery experience
• Qualification in construction management or Trade qualification highly desirable  
• Able to interpret and understand design drawings
• Proven track record of project delivery
• Full driving license
