INFORM3 Recruitment are currently recruiting on behalf of a Main Contractor for:

Job Title – Site Manager

Project – Residential and Commercial construction

Job Location - Dublin

Salary – €60k - €70k

About the Company

An exciting opportunity to work with a fast-growing company on residential and commercial projects in Dublin.

The Role

• Develop and update the construction programme to ensure projects meet key milestones.
• Day to day management of operations on site as well as managing labour and subcontractors and all personnel on site.
• Ensure Health and Safety practices are adhered to.
• Help manage project in line with the agreed production targets.
• Manage the workflow of subcontractors to ensure all works are in line with the programme.

Requirements

• Proven history of managing commercial and residential projects.
• Minimum of 5 years’ experience as a Site Manager.
• Trade Qualification / Construction Qualification.
• Strong sense of ownership over projects.
